A Historic Milestone
In July 2024, the Tagore Society of Houston celebrated its Golden Jubilee — 50 years of promoting Bengali culture, Tagore’s philosophy, and community spirit in the Houston metro area.
Founded in 1974 by a small group of Bengali immigrants, TSH has grown into one of the most active South Asian cultural organisations in Texas, serving thousands of community members across generations.
